Returns and Refunds Policy

We sell foods, teas and drink mixes. For food safety and hygiene reasons, opened, unsealed or used products cannot be returned because of taste preferences, mistaken purchases or a change of mind.

Change-of-mind returns

You may request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery, as recorded by the carrier, if the goods remain unopened, with intact seals and outer packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. Email mushengchen708@gmail.com with your order number, the items and the reason for your request. Returns sent without prior confirmation may be difficult to identify or process.

You are responsible for return shipping costs and the risk of loss or damage in return transit for non-quality-related returns. We recommend a tracked service. We will provide the return address by email after approving your request. Do not send goods to the original sender address without our confirmation.

After receiving and inspecting the return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; the time for funds to arrive depends on your bank or payment provider. We will not retrospectively charge the original free outbound shipping, but return postage paid by you is not refundable.

Incorrect, damaged or defective goods

If items are incorrect, missing, damaged in transit, spoiled on arrival, past their labelled date or materially different from the product description, contact us promptly after discovering the issue. Provide your order number and clear photos of the packaging, shipping label and product condition. After verification, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement, exchange, partial refund or refund. Necessary and reasonable costs arising from our responsibility will be paid by the store.

Gift cards and promotional or clearance goods clearly marked as non-returnable cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not apply to defects, incorrect items or circumstances in which returns or remedies cannot lawfully be excluded.

This policy does not limit or exclude any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
