Shipping Policy

Delivery destinations

We currently ship to Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia. All orders qualify for free shipping and are dispatched from Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.

Order processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment. Weekends and local public holidays are excluded. Once processing or dispatch has begun, cancellation or changes to delivery details may not be possible.

Estimated delivery

Delivery to Hong Kong, Singapore or Malaysia is expected within one week after dispatch under normal conditions. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Customs inspections, holidays, severe weather, remote locations and carrier operations may cause delays.

Shipping, import taxes and customs clearance

Shipping is free to all three markets. We bear applicable import taxes, customs duties and necessary customs-clearance charges at the destination. Do not pay additional charges to unknown individuals or accounts. If a carrier requests payment, contact customer service first to verify it.

Addresses and tracking

Please check that the recipient’s name, telephone number and full delivery address are accurate before checkout. If changes are needed, email mushengchen708@gmail.com as soon as possible. After dispatch, we will send tracking information through the contact details on your order if the carrier provides it.

Delivery issues

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, a parcel is lost, or it is marked delivered but has not arrived, please contact us promptly with your order number. We will help investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate resolution based on the findings.
