Welcome to Natural Life. This website is operated by 新蔡县星马笃信养生保健店 and uses e-commerce services provided by Shopify. By accessing this website or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy published on this website.

1. Scope

We currently sell foods, teas and drink mixes to customers in Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia. We do not offer sales to mainland China. You must have reached the legal age required to enter into a consumer contract where you live and provide truthful, complete and accurate order information.

2. Product information

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product names, images, ingredients, specifications, origins, storage guidance and consumption instructions. Non-material differences caused by screen displays, packaging batches or production updates are not product defects. Please read product labels and allergen information before purchasing. If you have special dietary needs, allergies, are pregnant, take medication or have a health condition, consult a qualified professional before consumption. Website content is not medical advice. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.

3. Orders and payment

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is formed only after successful payment and our confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order and refund payments received if stock is unavailable, prices or information contain obvious errors, fraud is suspected, shipping restrictions apply or applicable law prohibits the sale. Cancellation or address changes may not be possible once processing or dispatch has begun.

4. Prices, shipping and import charges

The price shown at checkout when you submit your order applies. Orders to Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia qualify for free shipping. We bear applicable import taxes, customs duties and necessary customs-clearance charges. If a carrier requests an additional payment, please contact customer service first to verify it.

5. Shipping

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment and dispatched from Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. Delivery is expected within one week after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates; customs, holidays, weather, remote locations or carrier operations may cause delays. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns, refunds and order issues

Returns, refunds and the handling of incorrect, damaged, spoiled or materially misdescribed items are governed by our published Returns and Refunds Policy. Food-safety and hygiene restrictions do not affect mandatory rights under applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the brands, text, images, graphics, page designs and other website content belong to us or the relevant rights holders. You may not copy, modify, bulk-scrape, resell or commercially use such content without written permission.

8. Prohibited conduct

You must not use the website for unlawful activities, fraud, infringement, malicious interference, spreading viruses, unauthorised access, harvesting personal data or other conduct that may harm us, Shopify or other users. We may restrict or terminate such access as permitted by law.

9. Third-party services

The website may use Shopify, payment providers, carriers and other third-party services, which are subject to their own terms. We will reasonably assist with order-related issues but do not control the independent content of third-party websites or services.

10. Limitations of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, product safety or any liability that cannot be excluded under consumer protection law.

11. Privacy

We process personal information in accordance with our published Privacy Policy. Information necessary to fulfil orders may be processed by Shopify, payment providers, carriers and other fulfilment providers and may be transferred across borders.

12. Updates and severability

We may update these terms in accordance with law and publish the latest version on this website. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Notice of material changes will be provided as required by applicable law.

13. Applicable law and consumer rights

These terms are generally interpreted under the applicable laws of the business operator’s location, without depriving customers in Hong Kong, Singapore or Malaysia of rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of their location.
